Use and data disclosure

What Cleaning Calculator can support, what it cannot establish, and which sources take priority.

Planning estimates

Calculator results are arithmetic estimates based on the values entered and the professional example shown on the page. They are not product approvals, regulatory determinations, inspections, supplier quotes, guarantees, or professional services.

Source priority

  • For chemical preparation and disinfection: the current product label, safety information, and applicable requirements take priority.
  • For coverage, task time, staffing, and usage: measured records for the facility and service period take priority.
  • For prices and inventory: current supplier quotes, package sizes, delivery times, and counted stock take priority.

What the inputs cannot tell us

The calculators cannot infer missing label instructions, surface compatibility, local compliance requirements, actual soil load, equipment condition, staffing constraints, or a facility-specific risk assessment. If a necessary input is unknown, measure it or obtain the source data instead of treating the preset as a verified site value.

Commercial relationships

This page does not make a claim that a manufacturer, distributor, advertiser, affiliate, or sponsor has endorsed a calculator or supplied a default. Defaults are illustrative examples and should not be read as recommendations for a particular product or service.

Corrections

If a formula, unit, source note, or result label is unclear, send the page URL and the reproducible issue through Contact. A correction can be checked against the definition and its test cases before publication.
