How Cleaning Calculator handles calculator requests, optional reports, feedback, and contact messages.
Calculator use
Public calculators do not require an account. When you click Calculate, the values needed for that calculation are sent to this site’s own WordPress endpoint so Calculator Core can evaluate the published formula and return the result. The calculation request is not presented as a user profile or account record.
The professional presets are part of the page definition. They are editable examples, not personal data about you. Do not enter confidential information or data about another person unless you are authorised to do so.
Information you choose to send
- PDF reports. If you use the report action, the email address and the report context needed to generate and deliver the PDF are sent to this site. Calculator Core stores the PDF lead record for the configured retention period so delivery and personal-data requests can be handled.
- Calculator feedback. If you submit feedback, the message, issue type, calculator identifier, and relevant calculation context are stored for review. The public feedback control does not ask for an email address.
- Email contact. The Contact page opens your mail application and addresses a message to admin@cleaningcalculator.org. That message is then handled by the mailboxes and providers involved in delivery.
Current storage settings
- Calculation requests are used to return the requested result; this site does not publish a calculator-run history for visitors.
- PDF lead records use the current Calculator Core setting of up to 365 days.
- Automatic feedback and calculation/PDF error records use the current setting of up to 90 days where the scheduled cleanup runs.
The hosting environment may also process standard web request and error logs for delivery, security, and troubleshooting. The site does not publish a separate visitor activity history, and the exact host log rotation period is not stated here.
Telemetry and third parties
Behavioral telemetry is not enabled in the current site configuration. The public implementation reviewed for this site also contains no configured advertising or affiliate destination in the calculator pages.
The site uses its WordPress hosting and mail delivery environment to serve pages, process requests, and deliver messages. No separate public analytics, advertising, CAPTCHA, or embedded form provider is named in the current implementation. This statement describes the current code and configuration and will need updating if those services are added.
Cookies and browser storage
Calculator pages do not require a public WordPress account. WordPress administrative sessions may use their own authentication and security cookies. Browser-side calculator state, when offered by a calculator, stays in the browser for that feature and is not a substitute for a server account.
Your choices
You can choose not to submit a PDF request, feedback message, or contact email. Requests to review or erase a PDF lead record can be sent through Contact. The exact records available for a request depend on the information supplied and the current Calculator Core tables.
Policy changes
This page is updated when the site’s data handling or enabled providers change. The current contact route is the email address shown on the Contact page.
